GFOAT has developed a great virtual program that we think will be helpful to you. You will have access to keynote presentations, and the GFOAT Sponsor Hall starting April 12. Your registration gives you unlimited access to sessions through May 16, 2021 on your own schedule and pace. GFOAT has also partnered with the Texas Municipal Utilities Association (TMUA) to develop a post-conference tailored to municipal utility and financial professionals. This partnership is a reflection of the GFOAT and TMUA leadership working on ways to keep municipal utility and finance professionals connected until we can meet in person.
What are the registration options and fees?

*Membership in GFOAT or TMUA must be completed by March 22, 2021 to get membership fees.
Your registration fee will give you unlimited access to all conference sessions and the GFOAT Sponsor Hall through May 16, 2021. You can view sessions and visit with exhibitors any time of day and as often as you want during this timeframe. You may also sign up for TMUA’s Utility Post Conference

How will this virtual conference thing work?
The virtual conference will follow the timed program with the Opening General Session launching at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 14. All sessions will be recorded and archived so you can access the sessions you missed or want to view again whenever the mood strikes, until May 16, 2021.
Can our staff share one registration?
Just like the in-person GFOAT Spring Conference, your registration fee is for a single individual and cannot be shared. You will receive a unique join link for your personal online connection to the virtual conference. Instructions on how to access conference sessions and the GFOAT Sponsors Hall will be sent to the email used when you register.
Will GFOAT refund my registration fee if I need to cancel?
Your registration cannot be cancelled for any reason. No refunds will be provided since the conference content will be archived and available through May 16, 2021.
Will speaker handouts be available?
Conference registrants will be able to download all presentation handouts received by GFOAT from the virtual conference website starting on April 12.
Can I earn CEU credits?
Only registered participants will earn credit by attending the virtual GFOAT Spring Conference on April 14-16, 2021 only. GFOAT will be monitoring who is in attendance and for what period of time and will provide certificates after the conference. After April 16 no CEU Credits will be provided.
Will GFOAT be conducting a virtual CGFO Exam?
Yes. The CGFO exams will be held on April 12. Visit the CGFO registration page for specific details of the virtual exam.
Will GFOAT have virtual committee and board meetings?
Yes. All committee meetings will be held on April 13 utilizing the Zoom platform. You may register for any meeting (except CGFO) that you are interested in attending. The GFOAT Board of Directors meeting will be held on April 13 utilizing the Zoom platform after the committee meetings. You will need to register to attend this meeting.
